From the Field: Managing Stress

Take a deep breath. It’s December 1.

The year is almost over, which feels impossible.

Your “To Do” list may cover several pages. Your calendar may be full.

But none of the events, gifts, baked goods, or special moments will matter if you are too stressed to enjoy them, or if you get sick.

So pause for a moment and enjoy this beautiful photo of the Mississippi Sounds from the shores of Graveline (pronounced gravel-EEN) Bayou taken by my colleague Kevin Hudson during the Coastal Cleanup in November.
