Growing Well
Farmers and agricultural workers are proactive about keeping their farms sustainable and ensuring animal and crop health. We want to help them do the same when it comes to their own health.
MSU Extension and the Extension Collaborative on Immunization Teaching and Engagement (EXCITE) are working to ensure that Mississippi farmers are “Growing Well.” We aim to improve health and quality of life for Mississippi farmers and farm families by
- providing resources for physical health, farm safety, nutrition, mental health, and many more.
- providing vaccination clinics on farms and within farming communities to ensure that workers and their families are up to date on routine vaccines.
- creating new resources and linking to existing tools and resources for maintaining overall health.
