Metro Master Gardeners plant sale set for April 28
JACKSON, Miss. -- Gardeners can buy native and naturalized heirloom plants during the annual Metro Master Gardeners plant sale April 28.
A wide variety of perennials, shrubs and trees suited to central Mississippi’s soils and climate will be available. The sale will be held at Mynelle Gardens, located at 4736 Clinton Boulevard in Jackson. The sale begins at 8 a.m. and ends at noon.
The Metro Master Gardeners are members of the Mississippi State University Extension Service Master Gardener program in Hinds County. All volunteer members are trained and certified in consumer horticulture.
