Kids in the Kitchen
Kids in the Kitchen encourages young people to eat healthier meals and snacks as a result of hands-on cooking experiences.
Target Audience(s):
Youth ages 6-15 years old
Objectives:
Participants will:
- Learn to prepare simple, healthy foods they can make for themselves and their family members.
Total Number of Modules or Sessions: 7
Total Number of Hours for Program Delivery: 3-7
