Learn skills to increase sales at market vendor training
POPLARVILLE, Miss. -- Current and prospective market vendors can learn valuable marketing skills in a Feb. 9 workshop in Poplarville.
Farmers Market Vendor Workshop: Boosting Your Revenue will teach participants valuable skills to help them increase sales. The workshop is open to vendors who sell at festivals, farmers markets and other similar venues.
Topics including visual merchandising, smart phone basics, mobile payment processing and how to participate in statewide marketing efforts, such as Genuine MS.
The workshop will be held at Pearl River Community College in White Hall. The college is located at 101 Hwy. 11 North. The program begins at 1:30 p.m. and ends at 4:30 p.m.
